Use the form below to apply for membership to New York Photonics and pay online securely through our PayPal account. All major credit cards are accepted. Once the form is completed and you click Submit, you will be transferred to the New York Photonics PayPal page where the transaction will be processed securely. You will receive an email notification saying your application has been received and is in the approval process. Within 48 hours, you will receive an email notification of your membership approval. The email will also contain your username and password to gain access to the member services area on the site. In the unlikely event that your application is rejected for some reason, you will receive email notification and the fees will be refunded.

For Students who wish to join New York Photonics, please download the membership form (PDF) and follow the instructions for sending the completed form and payment via regular mail.
All memberships include a 1-year term from date of payment. Your will receive a renewal reminder 30 days prior to your membership expiration.

(components, systems, software, consulting services, etc.)
related to the practical application of photonics
technology.

organization (except government) providing products or
services to the photonics industry. (Examples: accounting and
law firms, investment banking and venture capital groups.)

Government
/ Non-Photonics Not-for-Profit Member (non-voting):
Any faculty, Department, or
similar division of an educational institution providing
instruction or conducting research in photonics.

Sponsoring
Member:
Any organization that
wishes to sponsor activities of the cluster.
